In the fall of 1888, all of Baku is preparing for the visit of Tsar Alexander III. Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev, who has already become a famous millionaire and philanthropist and has been elected a member of the Baku City Duma, is struggling for influence and status in society, experiencing serious disputes with the city administration. The working title of the film was “The Protector”. The film is the 2nd film in a 4-part series. The film was shot with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Ministry of Culture and the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
