Vusal Haji-Gadir (Vusal Azizov) was born in Gakh.

He studied film directing at the Moscow Institute of Television and Radio (MITRO) (2010-2013).

In 1999, he began working as the team leader of the Gakh region of the “Cheerful and Resourceful Club”, participated in the clubs “Bakinsky Ekspromt”, “Neftchi Baku”, “Chernoe Zoloto”. In 2009-2010, he successfully participated in the “International KVN Festival”. In 2010, he competed for the CIS Cup.

Since 2013, he has been working in the field of cinema and television as an actor and director. He worked as a director at the Cinemazadeh studio (2018-2020), as a director and presenter on Azerbaijani television (2021-2023).

Since 2023, he has been working at Space TV.
