Telman Talib (Telman Yusifzadeh) was born in the village of Sadigli, Agstafa district. He moved to Baku in 2009.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, majoring in Artistic Creativity and Screen Dramaturgy (2013-2017).
He began his film career during his student years. He worked in various positions in film, TV series, and advertising projects.
