Alisattar Malikov was born in Baku.

He began his career in the 1920s at the Turkish Workers' Theater. He began acting in films in the 1930s. After his first film, he worked in the cinema as an actor and assistant director, and as a second director.

He starred in the film "I Will Return" (1935, directed by Alexander Ledashev / Turkmenistan) by foreign film producers as Gurban, and in the documentary "Drilling Mode" (Russia) as a drill master.

He also worked as an assistant director.

Honored Artist (1943) Alisattar Malikov died in 1971.
