Etibar Hasanov

Etibar Hasanov was born in Baku.
He studied at the Asef Zeynalli Music College under the Azerbaijan National Conservatory (1984-1990).
He worked as a video engineer and editor at Azerbaijan Television (1991-1998), as an editor at AVisual Production Baku Media Company (1998-2007), as an editor and director at Ibrus Film Company LLC (2009-2013). Since 2013, he has been working independently as an editor and director. He is the director of many music videos and commercials.
He is the editor of the documentary film “Qarabagh, I Will Not Leave You” (2015, directed by Maksim Mardukhayev), produced in France.
He was awarded the “Golden Fairy” award in the “Best Clip” nomination for his work “Tango” at the III International Audiovisual Festival (2003).
