215 KL Studio
Period of activity: 1991-2004
The first director of the studio was Nijat Aliyev. Together with Chingiz Mustafayev, the correspondent for Transcaucasia of the "Democratic Russia" newspaper, they wanted to broadcast their reports on the Karabakh events on the air. Their application to the state television was positively received. They adopted the number of the order on the establishment of the studio as their name: 215 KL (kadrovy listok). The first program of the studio was broadcast on October 17. The period when the studio was most active in broadcasting reports mainly covers the years 1991-1993.
In subsequent years, the studio was mainly engaged in advertising, corporate affairs and the production of documentaries. The last head of the studio was Boyukaga Mammadov. In 2004, "215 KL" was registered as an Independent Television Company.
