THE NEXT COMPETITION HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED TO SUPPORT FILMS IN POST-PRODUCTION.
The Ministry of Culture and the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARKA) have launched the “2025 Film Support Competition” for films in the post-production stage.
The main goal of the competition is to stimulate and increase the efficiency of film production, increase the competitiveness of independent production centers and other entities operating in the relevant field, and support joint film production.
The competition is held among film projects in the post-production stage, covering any direction, category and genre of cinema, intended for mass screening.
The maximum amount of support for one film has been set at 30 thousand manat for full-length feature films, 20 thousand manat for full-length documentaries, 15 thousand manat for short feature and documentary films, and 13 thousand manat for short animated films.
Project proposals must be submitted online by February 21.
