Yegana Hasanova (Yegana Jansail) was born in Baku.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, majoring in Literary Work (2006-2010).
She began her professional career as a journalist at the “Madaniyyet” newspaper (2008-2011). In 2011, she became a member of the “Young Writers’ School”. Since 2011, she has been working at ARB television. She is the author and presenter of many projects. Since 2019, she has also collaborated with “Oscar” production as a screenwriter.
She currently lives in the UAE.
