Yalchin Rzazadeh was born in the Boladi village of Lankaran.
He studied at the acting faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Culture and Art (1963-1967) and the Azerbaijan State Conservatory (1968-1973).
He began his career as an assistant director at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Committee. During his years at the Television and Radio Committee, he was invited to Gulara Aliyeva's "Dan Ulduzu" ensemble. Although he played one of the main roles in the film "In the Fire", numerous tours and concerts did not allow him to act in films. He taught at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art for a long time and was the head of the Vocal and Pop Music Department. He was a two-time champion in karate.
Honored Artist (1979), People's Artist (2000) Yalchin Rzazadeh passed away in 2021.
