Kheyri Amirzadeh was born in the village of Derekoy near Yalta in Crimea.

From adolescence, he showed a passion for dancing, painting, and acting. He studied at the Petersburg Art School, the Odessa Art School (1914-1918), a 2-year theater studio in Odessa, and a Driving School in Kharkov. He began his labor activity as a driver for the Emir of Bukhara. He took the surname Amirzade in honor of the Emir. In 1917, after the October Revolution in Russia, he organized the first automobile school in Yalta. He was one of the founders of the first Crimean Tatar theater, an actor of the Crimean Tatar State Theater (1921-1924). He starred in the first films dedicated to the Crimean Tatars. Since the early 1930s, he was invited to the "Azerfilm" film studio. He became popular as a movie star of his time, acting in films in Crimea, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine.

People's Artist of the Crimean Tatar Autonomous Republic (1923) Kheiri Amirzadeh died in Baku in 1958. His burial place is unknown.
