Tural Aghasiyev was born in Baku.
He studied in the bassoon class of the performing faculty of the Art Gymnasium (1998), and in the solo singing faculty of the Baku Music Academy (1999-2003).
He began his career as a soloist at the Azerbaijan State Opera and Ballet Theater. He participated in international competitions. Since 2004, he has also been working in the Azerbaijan State Song and Dance Ensemble named after Fikret Amirov under the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic. Since 2007, he has been a soloist-vocalist of the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater.
He is an Honored Artist.
