Tamilla Daghistanli was born in Baku.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts (1960) and the Tbilisi Academy of Arts (1966).
She began her career at the Production and Creative Combine of the Azerbaijan Art Fund. In 1972, she was hired as a stage artist in the animation and installation studio of the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio. In the same year, she was transferred to the position of assistant set designer. From 1980 to 10, she was a costume designer for feature films.
Tamilla Daghistanli died in 1999.
The artist Tamilla Daghistanli is the daughter of actor Ismayil Daghistanli.
