Suleyman Samukhlu (Suleyman Ahmadov) was born in the village of Alikand, Samukh district.
He studied at the Faculty of Acting of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1971-1976).
He worked for a while at the Young Spectators Theater (1972-1974).
Since 1975, he has been working as an assistant director and second director at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio.
Suleyman Samukhlu died in 2004.
