Sadig Ahmadov was born in Sharur.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1978-1982, Mehdi Mammadov's course).
He worked at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater (1984-2022), the "APOPOS" Theater, the "Ibrus" Theater (2000-2012) and the "Yug" Theater.
He starred in the films of Russian filmmakers "Sovda" (1985, directed by Mikhail Vedishev, in the role of a US customs officer) and "Drongo" (2002, directed by Zinoviy Roizman, in the role of a gang leader).
Sadig Ahmadov died in 2022.
