Reyhan Jafar-Isayeva (Reyhan Isayeva) was born in Baku. She studied Film critics at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2001-2005, 2005-2007-master's degree).

She worked as a reporter and photographer at the "Culture - Madaniyyat" newspaper, head of the announcement department at Space TV, presenter at Region TV, editor at the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2013-2019).

She currently works as a casting manager at the Baku Media Center (since 2022).

Screenwriter, actress, casting manager Reyhan Jafar-Isayeva is the wife of actor Rasim Jafar.
