Nataliya Taghiyeva (Naila Baghirova / Nataliya Baghirova) was born in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia.

She studied at the Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1978-1982).

Since 1978, she has worked at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.

Honored Artist (1988), People's Artist (2000) Nataliya Tagiyeva died in 2005 and was buried in the Chambarekand cemetery.
