Nargiz Baghirzadeh was born in Baku.
She studied at the Faculty of Economic Management at Western University (1996-2000), the Scriptwriting Faculty of the All-Russian State Cinematography University (2004, Rustam Ibrahimbeyov's workshop), and the Directing Faculty of the Rustam Ibrahimbeyov International Film School.
Since 2004, her articles have been published in the magazine "Literary Azerbaijan". Her plays have been staged. She worked at the International Bank of Azerbaijan (2000), "WeiT Media" (Russia).
She is the screenwriter of the Russian-made film "Crazy Anniversary" (2011, directed by Sergey Aldonin).
