Naila Islamzadeh was born in Balakan.
She worked as an announcer and presenter on Azerbaijani television (1982-2006). She was the author and presenter of the "Families, Fates" program, one of the first social talk shows on television. She worked as the author and presenter of the "Woman at Work" program on the Turkish TRT AVAZ channel (2011), the head of the Multimedia Center at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (2007-2016), and the head of the "Kulturaplus" internet television (2014).
Since 2019, she has been the host of the "Bygone Days" program on Public Television.
She is an Honored Artist (1998).
