Naiba Allahverdiyeva was born in Tbilisi, Georgia.
She studied at the Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1984).
She was assigned to the Nakhchivan State Musical Drama Theater. Since 1994, she has been an actress at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.
She starred in the role of a flower seller in the film “Courier of Heaven” (2013, directed by Mikhail Khleborodov) by Russian filmmakers.
Honored Artist (2000), People's Artist (2018).
