Mutallim Hasanov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University (1995-1999).

He worked as a host and correspondent of the morning show on Lider TV, an employee of the programs “Auksion”, “24 show”, “Mashin show” (2001-2004), a host and editor-in-chief of the program “Radio Liderin seher showusu” on Lider Radio (2004-2008), a copywriter at “ArtLab advertising” (2010-2013), a director, screenwriter, producer of the program “Parlaq zeka” (2013-2017, AzTV).
Since 2008, he has been an actor and screenwriter of the “Planet Parni iz Baku” production, an office manager of “OMD Media Group Azerbaijan”, and a creative director of “Fresh Creative Agency” (since 2016). He has worked on advertising projects for large companies.
