Mammadsadig Allahverdiyev (Mammadsaleh Allahverdiyev) was born in Baku.
He studied at the Baku Technical and Vocational School (1931) and the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute (1952).
He began his career in 1931. For a long time he worked as the head of the Dubbing Department, senior editor, editor-in-chief, and translator at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio (1956-1980). He translated up to 200 Soviet and foreign feature films into Azerbaijani.
Mammadsadig Allahverdiyev died in 1987.
