Malahat Ahmad (Malahat Ahmadova) was born in Sumgayit.

She studied Drama and Film Actor at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1992-1997, Nasir Sadigzade's course).

In 1997, she was appointed to the Shusha State Musical Drama Theater as an actress. In parallel, she performed roles at the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater for some time. She worked as a producer at “Pozitiv Media” LLC. Since 2004, she has been working as a second director at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC.

Producer, actress Malahat Ahmad is the sister of actress Matanat Eres.
