Mammadali Kazimov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (1992-1997).

In 1992, he was an actor of the “Parni iz Akhmedlov” KVN team. During his studies, he was an actor and scriptwriter of the “Mi iz Biznesa” KVN team of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and a two-time Republican champion in KVN (1993-1996). Since 2002, he has been the scriptwriter of the “Planet Parni iz Baku” KVN Theater. He is the scriptwriter of the play “Akhtaran tapar” (2006), more than 50 “Planet Parni iz Baku” television programs, and 17 solo concerts.
