Hasan Abluj was born in Tabriz. He moved to Baku with his family as a child.

He was first accepted to the Polytechnic Institute. After the first year, he submitted his documents to act. He studied at the Faculty of Acting and Directing of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts.

He directed Sebastian's play "Nameless Star" at the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater. Later, he continued his activities at the Young Spectators Theater. He was the production director of several theater and television performances at different times.

He participated in film dubbing at the film studio.

He taught stage speech at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.

As a master of artistic recitation, he brought poetry samples of classical and contemporary poets to thousands of spectators and listeners.

Honored Artist (1979) Hasan Abluj died in 1994.
