Guler Nabiyeva was born in the village of Yukhari Bujag, Yevlakh region. 

She studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1989-1994).

Since 1992, she has been an actress of the Baku Chamber Theater, and since 2009, of the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.

She works as a teacher at the Department of Aesthetics of the Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar Aliyev.

She is an Honored Artist (2002).
