Etibar Mammadov

Etibar Mammadov was born in Ganja.
He studied at the Faculty of Political Science of the Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science (1993-1997) and the specialty of National Security and Political Strategy (1997-1999, Master's degree).
He worked as a correspondent for the "De-Fakto" newspaper (1998-1999), host of the "Isti-isti" socio-political program and "Xebarler" on ANS ÇM radio (1998-2002), host and editor of the "Xebarchi" program and "Nazar Çebarler" program on ANS TV (2000-2002), one of the founders of ATV's News Service and host, editor and editor-in-chief of the "Son Xebar" information program and the "Hafte Sonu" analytical-information program (2003-2008), research fellow at the International Relations Department of the ANAS Human Rights Research Institute (2009), director at "Büllur-Studio" studio (2010-2014), and editor-in-chief at ASAN Radio (2016-2017). He has taken advanced courses on “news journalism” and “extreme journalism” at the First Channel of Russia (2006), the “NTV” channel, BBC radio (2007), and the US “CNBC” channel (2008).
He has also been working in the field of documentary films since 2008.
He is the founder and director of “Aktual TV Media Group” (2019), the founder of the “Propagation of Culture and National Traditions” Public Association.
Director Etibar Mammadov is the husband of producer and screenwriter Bullur Mammadova.
