Elvin Abdulla (Elvin Abdullayev) was born in Sheki.

He studied film studies at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2008-2012).

He was an actor in the program "Khosh besh on besh" broadcast on Azerbaijan Television (1995), an actor and presenter in the program "Istedad soragında" (1997), a presenter in the program "Shurum-Burum" on Sara TV (1998), a host and actor in the "Nağıllar" column in the program "Günaydın" on Space TV (2000), an actor in the program "Parabüzen" on Lider TV (2002-2003), an actor in the program "Parabüzen" on ATV (2003-2004), an actor and assistant director in the program "Komediya sahnasi" on Khazar TV (2008).

He worked as a manager at the “Cinealliance” studio and “Ireli Production” (2011-2012).

He was the second director and line producer of the Turkish film “The River Flows Within Me” (Director Erhan Güleryüz / 2014).

He received his film education at the Istanbul Film Academy.

He is the head of the “Dream Big” film company.

Director Elvin Abdullayev is the son of actor Farman Abdullayev.
