Elshan Orujov was born in Baku, originally from the Fuzuli region.
He studied at the Faculty of Theater and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
Since 2005, he has worked at Azad Azerbaijan Television. He became famous for the character of Falakat created in “Bozbash Pictures”. He is currently the host of the program “Felidən doğru xabər” broadcast on Khazar TV.
