Elnur Bahramkhan (Elnur Huseynov) was born in the village of Khazar, Neftchala district.
He studied at the Republican Art Gymnasium (1991-1995), and the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1996-2002).
He won parody several times in creative competitions for talented children held in the district. He is an active participant in the television competitions “7-17”, “Sübh şafegleri” and the “Student Club” entertainment program broadcast on Azerbaijani television, and was the host of the children's programs “Bala dili” (ANS TV), “Ala bula” (Lider TV), “Mən bəyumüşem” (Space TV).
Since 1998, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.
He starred in the role of Azer Tahir in the film "Eve of Summer" (2001, directed by Philippe Bayon / Poland, France) by foreign film producers, in the role of Dukas in the series "Russian Translation" (2006, directed by Alexander Chernyayev / Russia), in the role of Dukas in the film "We Declare War on You" (2010, directed by Igor Kholodkov / Russia).
He was awarded the "Sima" award established by the International Theater Association.
He is an Honored Artist (2018).
