Elnaz Abluj was born in Baku.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, majoring in Theater Studies (1990-1996).
While a student, she worked as the head of the artistic department at the State Youth Theater. She worked as an editor at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (1996-1999) and a director at the “ABA” TV channel (1999-2001). She has been an author, presenter, and director in various television projects.
Director Elnaz Abluj is the daughter of actor and director Hasan Abluj.
