Elmar Bayramov was born in Lankaran.

He studied at the Faculty of Bibliography and Information of Baku State University (2005-2010).

He rose from the position of teacher at the “Kontakt Capoeira Sports Club” (2004-2007) and the Azerbaijan Capoeira Federation (2007-2016) to the position of president of the federation. He has been working in the film sector since 2016. He is the author of many social videos. He has worked as a fight choreographer, stuntman, and actor in film projects.

Since 2017, he has been living in the United States with his family.
He is engaged in film production through the “Black Garden Company” and “Old Stone Pictures” that he founded. He has directed the short feature films "Oops" (2018, USA), "Let Me Run" (2019, USA), "Lady Bug" (2020), "American Quarantine" (2021), and the documentary "Rafa" (2021), which have won many awards.
