ElmanAsadullayev (Elman Hojatoghlu) was born in Baku.
He studied at the Faculty of Economics of the Institute of National Economy (1979).
He worked as an administrator at the Azerbaijan State Touring and Concert Union (1981-1987), and as the head of the concert department at the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic (1987-1992).
In 1992, he founded the “Gala-film” film company.
He worked as an executive producer on the Russian-made TV series “Graf Krestofsky” (2004, director Ramiz Fataliyev) and “Sui-gasd” (2004, director Vadim Ostrovsky).
Elman Asadullayev died in 2017.
Producer Elman Asadullayev is the brother of producer Vagif Asadullayev.
