Eldeniz Zeynalov was born in Baku. He was named after his neighbour Samad Vurghun.
While still a schoolboy, he performed in children's roles at the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater on the recommendation of his uncle Hasanagha Salayev. He first played the role of Gunduz in the play "Sevil" (Jafar Jabbarli) at the age of 13. He studied acting at the Theater Institute (1961, Adil Isgandarov's course). After graduating, he started working at the Academic Drama Theater. He starred in theater and cinema, television and radio plays, and in many plots of the satirical film magazine "Mozalan".
He starred in the films of foreign film producers "The Planes Did Not Land" (1963, director Zahid Sabitov / Uzbekistan), "Dulcinea Tobosskaya" (1980, director Svetlana Druzhinina / Russia).
Winner of the "Humay" award (1999), Honored Artist (1974), People's Artist (2000) Eldeniz Zeynalov died in 2001. He was buried in the Yasamal cemetery.
Actor Eldeniz Zeynalov is the brother of television director Tofig Zeynalov.
Actor Eldeniz Zeynalov is the father of actor Mammad Zeynalov and television director Elbrus Zeynalov.
