Adalat Vazirov was born in the village of Divazar, Khizy.
He studied at the Bulbul Secondary Specialized Music School and the Azerbaijan State Conservatory.
He was the winner of the V International Music Competition held in Moscow (1974). Since 1980, he has worked as a teacher at the Azerbaijan State Conservatory and Sumgayit Music Technical School (director in 2000-2002). For a long time, he worked in the Folk Instruments Ensemble led by Baba Salahov, and in the ensemble led by People's Artist of the USSR Zeynab Khanlarova.
Honored Artist (1998) Adalat Vezirov died in Istanbul in 2002 and was buried in the Yasamal cemetery in Baku.
