Dilara Aliyeva (Dilara Murtuzaliyeva) was born in Sumgayit.
She studied at the Faculty of Theater Collective Management of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
She worked at the Irevan State Azerbaijan Drama Theater (1996-2009).
She taught directing and acting at the Baku Cultural and Educational Technical School (1996-2002).
She is a presenter on various television channels.
Since 2023, she has been working as an actress at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Drama Theater.
Since 2023, she has been heading the "SOY" production.
She starred in the Turkish film "Million Bird" (2018, directed by Khayal Aslanzadeh) as Umud.
