Davud Muzaffarli was born in the Ostair village of Yardimli.
He studied at the Faculty of Philology of Lankaran State University (1999-2003).
He worked as an editor and scriptwriter in the documentary film department of Lider TV (2003-2007), scriptwriter of the program "Vatan sagh olsun" at MZ Production (2007-2008), at AzTV (2008-2010), head of the author's program department at InterAz TV (2011-2012), scriptwriter in the "Vatanim" Creative Union of ATV (2012).
Since 2019, he has been the director of "3bucaq Media".
