Chingiz Ahmadov

Chingiz Ahmadov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1983).

While in high school, he was a presenter and organizer of humor performances. At the same time, he studied in the “Red Carnation” ensemble. He was enrolled in the circle of Maharram Badirzade at the People's Theater. While still young, he performed on television in the programs “Morning Meetings” and “Journey to the World of Comedies” at the invitation of Maharram Badirzade. He worked at the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater (1983-1991), the State Youth Theater (1991-2003). Since 2003, he has been working at the Musical Theater again. He has been the host of several programs on Azerbaijani television, ANS TV and Space TV.

He is an Honored Artist (2012).

Actor Chingiz Ahmadov is the father of actor Ibrahim Chingiz.
