Javidan Novruz (Javidan Novruzov) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Drama and Cinema Acting Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2005-2009, Kamal Khudaverdiyev's course).

Since childhood, he has performed roles on the stage of the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater.

He received vocal training from Azer Zeynalov. As a performer, he was awarded 2nd place in the "Eurasian Star" competition held among Turkic-speaking countries. He composed the songs "Son ter", "Yashandi bitdi", "Gel gor meni eshg neyledi", "Ikimiz".

Since 2019, he has been an actor in the "KomediXana" program broadcast on Khazar TV.

Actor, singer Javidan Novruz is the son of actor Ramiz Novruz.
