Aziza Mammadova (Aziza Yusifzadeh-Mammadova) was born in Tbilisi.

She began her stage career in Baku in the drama club under the Ali Bayramov club. She performed at the Baku Free Criticism Tabligh Theater (1921-1925), the Baku Turkish Worker Theater (1925-1933), and the Drama Theater.

Honored Artist (1936) Aziza Mammadova died in 1961.

Actress Aziza Mammadova is the mother of actress Sona Hajiyeva.
