Aydin Huseynov was born in Baku.
He worked for a long time at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio (1980-2002 / 2021-2024). He worked as the head of the Cinema, Audiovisual Industry and Film Production Sector of the Cinematography Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2002-2021).
Along with local filmmakers, he worked on films produced by “Mosfilm”, “Gorky Film Studio”, Uzbek, Polish cinematographers.
He is an Honored Worker of Culture (2016).
