Adalat Abdulsamad (Adalat Abdulsamadov) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Theater and Cinematography of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1990).

Since 1989, he has worked at the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater. Since 2009, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.

Actor Adalat Abdulsamad is the husband of actress Zemfira Abdulsamadova.
