Culture Television is a channel operating under the Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Closed Joint Stock Company. The channel began broadcasting on February 14, 2011. One of the main goals of the channel is to convey the values ​​of Azerbaijani culture to the world, as well as to promote the pearls of world culture in Azerbaijan.
On November 6, 2013, it switched to broadcasting in 16:9 image format.
It began broadcasting 24 hours a day on February 14, 2018.
It began broadcasting in HD on May 31, 2021.
