THE RESULTS OF THE APPEAL HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED

On October 31, 2025, the final meeting of the “Appeal Commission” regarding the results of the “Competition of Film Projects to be Produced with State Support” for 2025 organized by the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, operating under the Ministry of Culture, was held.
The meeting was attended by members of the commission - Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Azerbaijan and film director Elkhan Jafarov,
People's Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, actor Nuraddin Mehdikhanli,
Film director Jahangir Mehdiyev, screenwriter, journalist Vusal Mammadov,
Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Head of the Media and Communication Department of the Ministry of Culture Aynur Karimova.
Considering that additional funds may be allocated by ARKA, in order to increase the number of film productions, bring new talented names to our cinematography, and further promote our national cultural values through cinema, the Appeals Commission, under the supervision of the Artistic Council operating under ARKA, considered it acceptable to support the following projects:

- “Geyb olma” (Full-length feature film, “Mozg Media Group” LLC)
- “Sözün varsa de” (Full-length feature film, “Seyidbeyli Film” LLC)
- “Zamanan səsi”-Şarur yallısı (Fiction-documentary, “Seyidbeyli Film” LLC)
- “Yun bakəbu” (Short feature film, “CNF” LLC)
- “Fazzi:oyanış” (Animation, “Simart” LLC)
- “İşguzların bilgi çanağı” (Animation, “3Dost Production” LLC)

Let us recall that a total of 26 applications were received at the appeal stage.
