Tamara Gozalova

Tamara Gozalova (Tamara Gozalova-Aghamirova) was born in Baku.

She studied at the Library Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Azerbaijan State University (1965).

She worked at the Baku Television Studio (1956-1959). She was the first female announcer of Azerbaijani television.

She worked as the head of the department at the National Library of Azerbaijan for a long time (1965-2011).

Tamara Gozalova died in 2020 and was buried in the Ahmadli cemetery.
