Shabnam Huseynova was born in Aghdam.

She received a bachelor's degree (1998-2002) and a master's degree (2023-2025) from the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.

She worked at the Baku Camera Theater (1999-2009). She was the host of the cultural news program "Biz" on "Lider" television (2000-2001).

Since 2009, she has been an actress at the Azerbaijan State National Theater for Young Spectators.

Actress Shabnam Huseynova is the wife of actor Shovgi Huseynov.
