Ofeliya Mammadzadeh (Ofeliya Abbasova) was born in Baku.
She studied at the 10-year school under the Conservatory, at the Cultural and Educational Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1977).
She worked as an actress at the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater (1977-1978), the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater (1965-1977, 1978-1999, 2005-2007).
Honored Artist (1987) Ofeliya Mammadzadeh died in 2007.
Actress Ofeliya Mammadzadeh was the wife of actor Gunduz Abbasov and artist Nusret Fatullayev.
