Nadir Zeynalov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan Art School (1943-1949), and at the Art Faculty of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (1949-1955).

Since 1956, he has worked as an artist at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio. He was an artist for the first color Azerbaijani feature film.

He was an artist for the series “The Secret Place by the Red Stones” (1972, directed by Grigory Kokhan / Russia) by foreign film producers.

Honored Artist (1976) Nadir Zeynalov died in 1987.
