Khadija Novruzlu

Khadija Novruzlu was born in Baku.

She studied at the Drama and Film Actor Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2013-2017).

At the age of 5, she appeared on stage at the Academic National Drama Theater in the role of the girl next door in the play “My Husband is Crazy” (Elchin, directed by Azerpasha Nematov). She was the host of the “Dan Ulduzu” competition on “Lider” television (2002–2011). She was awarded the “Best Young Actress of the Year” award of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2012), the “Presidential Award for Youth” (2015). Since 2016, she has been working in the acting troupe of the Academic National Drama Theater.
