Hamlet Khanizadeh was born in the Shagan settlement of Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1965).

Since 1964, he has worked at the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater.

He starred in the role of a historian in the film “Sultan Beybars” (1989, directed by Bulat Mansurov / Kazakhstan, Egypt) by foreign filmmakers.

Laureate of the State Prize (1984), Honored Artist (1982) Hamlet Khanizadeh died in 1990.
