Gulsabah Guliyeva was born in Baku.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts.
She worked at the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater. She taught stage speech at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.
She starred in the role of Kamal's mother in the Russian film producers' series "Yasmin" (2003, directors Ksenia Zaručkaya, Vyacheslav Kaminsi).
She is an actress of the Baku Municipal Theater.
